The Learned Senior Counsel Shri. K. M. Naik appearing for the Petitioner after arguing for sometime on instructions of Shri. Umesh Jahagirdar, General Manager, Finance and Accounts of the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the above Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by way of an Appeal under Section 7-I of the Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952. The Petition is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such with liberty to file an Appeal. The Learned Senior Counsel states that such an Appeal would be filed within four weeks from date.
