The above Writ Petition has been filed for quashing of the FIR being C.R. No.44/17 and the charge-sheet is filed thereafter, wherein the offences include one under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code amongst the other offences. 2.

We have perused the relevant papers. We refrain ourselves making any observations as regards the said material, lest it affects the Petitioner at the trial. However, we do not deem it appropriate to exercise our writ jurisdiction. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
