Learned APP has pointed out that the order dated 3/12/2015 form the subject matter of Criminal Writ Petition No. 1690 of 2016. That petition was disposed of on 26/7/2016 and the matter was remanded back to the appellate authority. The appellate Authority has on 18/2/2017 again rejected the extension. These subsequent developments and orders are missing in the present writ petition.
