The parties have amicably settled the dispute and have been filing consent minutes of order during the course of the day. The petitioner has given One Time Settlement proposal on 29th March 2016 and has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.6,50,00,000/- towards full and final settlement to the respondent- Bank. Out of the said amount, an amount of Rs.3.4 Crores has been deposited by the petitioner in this Court. The balance amount of Rs.2,77,89,901/-has already been paid by petitioner to the respondent-Bank prior to 1/2

In view of the consent minutes of order, Letters Patent Appeal No. 36 of 2013 and Writ Petition No. 11195 of 2014 are disposed of. An undertaking furnished by the petitioner dated 17th March 2013 is discharged. The consent minutes of order are signed by the petitioner, authorised representative of the respondent-Bank and by the respective advocates. The respondent- Bank is entitled to show this amount to their credit as of 31th March 2016. 3.
The petitioner has, therefore, paid towards full and final settlement of the respondent-Bank's dues and no amount remains outstanding in respect of this Petition.
