This Civil Application is filed to bring on record the proposed legal heirs of the sole Respondent. There is some delay in filing this Civil Application. It is the case of the Applicant that even though the sole Respondent died in February 2013, it came to the knowledge of the Applicant only in October 2017. Mr.Anvay Pawar holding for Mr.Pramod Pawar informs this Court that he has instructions to appear for the proposed legal heirs of the deceased sole Respondent. 3.

I have gone through the contents of the Civil Application. Case is made out to allow this Civil Application. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
