The Applicant in person has moved this application for refund of the Court fees as per the order passed on 31st July, 2013. He submits that he left India on 4th August, 2013 and was continuously out of India for two years. Therefore he be allowed to claim his refund of Court fees now.

Perused the order dated 31st July, 2013. This Court has allowed the Applicant to get refund of Court fees as per the rules. Therefore, the delay is condoned and the Applicant is allowed to get refund of the amount of Court fees as per the rules till 23rd December, 2015 pursuant to the order dated 31st July, 2013. 4.
