Bench comprising of Shri. K.K. Tated and Shri. S.V. Kotwal, JJ is not available today and further since the Appellant has come all the way from Delhi, the Advocates for the parties mentioned the matter before us in the morning session, when we directed the Registry to produce the papers before us at 3.00 p.m.

At 3.00 p.m., the Advocates for the parties tendered Consent Terms dated 17th February 2020 and submitted that the same be taken on record and a decree in terms of the Consent Terms be passed. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

The Consent Terms are signed by the Appellant and the Respondent, who are both present in Court and also by their respective advocates. The parties have informed the Court that they have signed the Consent Terms of their own free will and volition and there is no force or fraud involved. The statements are accepted.

The marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved by mutual Consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

Petition No. A-1371 of 2007 and B-83 of 2006 and the above Family Court Appeal No. 242 of 2013 and Family Court Appeal No. 243 of 2013 are disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'.
