1] Inspite of being duly served, none appears for the Respondents.

2] The Appellants have approached this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 25th October 2017 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune, thereby rejecting the application of the present Appellants for grant of anticipatory bail.

3] Perusal of the First Information Report would reveal that though the incidents alleged to have taken place on 29th September 2017 and 30th September 2017, the FIR is lodged on 8th October 2017. At least, prima-facie there is no justification for the delay caused in lodging the FIR.
