The Petitioner challenges the order passed by the learned Judge, Junior Division, Pandharpur, dated 22 October 2013. The petition is filed in November 2013, and after removal of office objections, the petition was numbered in the year 2016. By the impugned order, the learned Civil Judge has rejected the

bsb 2 41.WP3874.16.doc application filed by the Petitioners for grant of police aid. Perusal of the impugned order shows that the application is rejected because sufficient particulars have not been pleaded. For the last three years there has been no police aid given to the Petitioners. In any case, the application is rejected on the ground of insufficient particulars. Therefore, in case in future such need arises, the Petitioners can always file an application giving sufficient particulars. If such an application is made, the application will no doubt be considered by the learned Civil Judge as per law, on its own merits. In view of the above position, no interference is warranted. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. (N. M. Jamdar, J.)
