Learned counsel appearing for Bhiwandi Nizampur Municipal Corporation on instructions states that in view of adinterim injunction granted by the Civil Court at Bhiwandi, action of demolition could not be taken. He states that application for temporary injunction is fixed today for final hearing and in fact, the Municipal Corporation has already filed written submissions. He states that as and when the ad-interim order is vacated, the Municipal Corporation will immediately initiate action for demolition.
