The above Petition is companion to Writ Petition No.6422 of 2014. By an order passed today, the above Petition has been disposed of by enhancing the maintenance granted to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to the above Petition i.e. Anita Hanmant Chandode and Kum. Aishwarya Hanmant Chandode by Rs.1000/- each so as to make the total maintenance of Rs.2000/- each to the original Plaintiffs. The above Petition is directed challenging the grant of maintenance to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by the Trial Court. For the reasons mentioned in the said order, the above Petition would have to be dismissed and is accordingly dismissed.
