The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 on instructions, makes a statement that the Management of the Respondent No.1 has now decided that no fresh recruitment of any cadre shall be made in the undertaking. Hence the selection process for the post of Probationary Engineer (Mechanical) and Probationary Engineer (Electronics) is cancelled. Statement is accepted.
