This Application is for condonation of 16 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 16.09.2013 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, at Bombay in S.C. Suit No. 7450 of 1983.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

i) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus :

"a) Delay of 16 days in filing the Appeal be condoned."
