The learned counsel for the applicant states that though the petitioner has raised a challenge to the allotment of the land in favour of the applicant, the applicant has not been joined as a party-respondent. It is stated that the applicant would be surely affected if an order cancelling the allotment granted in favour of the applicant is passed. In the circumstances of the case, we allow the prayer made in the application.
