Heard Mr. Khan, learned Counsel for the applicant. 2.

Mr. Khan seeks permission to withdraw the Application on the ground that controversy between the parties is settled by filing consent terms before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. He submitted that amount of Rs.5,00,000/-was paid on 14th February, 2019 and balance amount of Rs.25,00,000/- was paid by way of demand draft on 30th April, 2019. He has tendered photo copies of;

[1] demand draft bearing No.061 215 in the sum of Rs.9,00,000/- [2] demand draft bearing No.061 214 in the sum of Rs.7,00,000/- [3] demand draft bearing No.61216 in the sum of Rs.9,00,000/- [4] copy of the consent terms dated 14th February, 2019 filed before the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Khan, C.R.A is allowed to be withdrawn and as such is disposed of. 4.

In view of disposal of main C.R.A, Civil Application No.232 of 2018 for stay does not survive and the same is disposed of. [R.G. KETKAR, J.]
