P.C.:- By this petition, the Petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.9.2016 whereby he was directed to pay enhanced maintenance of Rs.5,000/- to the Respondent No.1-wife and Rs.3,000/- to the Respondent No.2-son.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was liable to pay arrears of Rs.96,000/- in terms of the said order. He submits that the Petitioner has already deposited Rs.30,000/-towards arrears in the Family Court, Solapur and that he shall deposit Rs.66,000/- being balance amount of arrears in the Family Court, Solapur, within a period of eight weeks from the date of Megha 1/2

The learned counsel for the Petitioner further undertakes to deposit an amount of Rs.6,000/- before the Family Court, Solapur by second week of every month, towards maintenance of the wife and child till the disposal of this Petition on merits. Said statements are accepted.

In the light of the said statements, ad-interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (b) till the next date of hearing. 4.
It is made clear that if the amount of maintenance/arrears is not deposited, as aforesaid, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated. 5.
