Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. All that the learned Small Causes Court Judge has done is to permit exhibiting certain documents. The learned Small Causes Court Judge in the impugned order itself has categorically kept the relevancy and evidenciary value of this documents left open to be decided. Therefore the contentions raised by the Petitioner are not foreclosed. In these circumstances by keeping all contentions of the parties open, writ petition is disposed of.
