This is an application for condonation of delay of one day in filing application for bringing L.Rs. of the original petitioner on record. For the reasons recorded in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment shall be carried out on or before 6.1.2017.
