By an order dated 4th November, 2019, the applicant had made a statement through his Counsel that he will deposit a sum of Rs.7,41,000/-which he had withdrawn by using ATM card of the informant in connivance with accused No.1.

There is no plausible explanation as to why since November, 2019 till date, balance amount i.e Rs.41,000/- has not been paid/deposited.
