Perused the Interim Application and Order dated 16.06.2022 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) of this Court. 3.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, I am inclined to allow the present Interim Application in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:

to condone the delay of 119 days in filing present Application;
