The learned counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms signed by the husband and the wife. Both the husband and wife are personally present in Court. The consent terms are signed by their respective Advocates. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. As per the consent terms, the learned counsel appearing for the husband has
Sng fca-1n17.11 handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the wife a banker's cheque No.04089 in the sum of Rs.10,50,000/- in favour of the wife drawn on the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. The husband and the wife through their learned counsel state that the contents of the consent terms are true and correct and they have voluntarily signed the same.

Accordingly, the Appeals are disposed of in terms of the consent terms marked "X1" for identification. The decree of divorce passed by the Family Court stands confirmed.

If any amount deposited by the husband in this Court, it will be open for the wife to withdraw the same.

All pending Civil Applications do not survive and the same are disposed of.
