By this application the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing this civil application, seek to apply for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dated 1st August, 2014 and seek extension of time to carry out amendment. 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil application, the order dated 1st August, 2014 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside on the condition that the applicants carry out amendment as directed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) within two weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. 1/2
