The Petitioner - Santana Philips Joseph is personally present in Court. She has filed an application seeking permission to withdraw the

2/2 9-cp.619.2014.doc aforesaid Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh Contempt Petition in the appropriate Court. She has produced her Pan Card bearing No.AKXPJ7133N. The Application as well as the Pan Card are taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

In view thereof, the Petitioner, who is personally present in Court, is permitted to withdraw the aforesaid Contempt Petition with liberty to file a fresh Contempt Petition in the appropriate Court. 5.

Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
