This is the sixth application filed by the applicant for permission to travel abroad. The earlier applications had been filed for different travels during the period between 20th November, 2013 to 5th February, 2016.

Though the leave sought by the present application is for the period 20th January, 2017 to 28th April, 2018, Mr. Bhujbal, the learned advocate for the applicant restricts the application for the period 10th January, 2017 to 16th September,

Dusane 2/2 appp960.2016 2017. Perused the earlier orders granting permission to travel abroad for the applicant. The record shows that the applicant has not violated the liberty granted to him earlier. The application states details of the places of visit abroad by the applicant and the durations of such visits. Hence, the application is allowed for the period 10th January, 2017 to 16th September, 2017.
