This Civil Application seeks to amend the pending writ petition by bringing on record an order dated 28th September, 2017 of the Appellate Tribunal for

Rane * 2/2 * CAW-684-2018 (SR.17) Thursday, 5.4.2018 Foreign Exchange dismissing the petitioner's appeal for non-compliance of the order dated 12th April, 2016 which is the subject matter of the petition as originally filed.

Mr. Rodrigues, Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection at the amendment being allowed.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed and the petitioner is granted leave to amend the petition in terms of the draft amendment which is annexed at Exhibit-C to this Civil Application. The applicants to carry out the amendment within two weeks from today and immediately thereafter serve a copy of the amended petition on the respondents.

The Civil Application is disposed of in above terms.
