Learned APP on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, surety amount of Petitioner accepted for releasing him on earlier occasion i.e. for the year 2007 has been returned to his surety namely Mohan Shivram Rajput, resident of Gayatri Apartment, near Saraswati School, Tekadi Bungalow, Thane on 27th January, 2023. He has produced on record photocopy of the acknowledgment of the said surety i.e. Mr. Mohan Shivram Rajput. The same is taken on record.
