Heard learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. By this Application, the Applicant seeks temporary bail for a period of 15 days to attend his brother's wedding. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant does not press for regular bail of the applicant, at this stage, however, considering the urgency, prays that the applicant be granted temporary bail for attending the wedding of

Learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant was on bail, pending trial and was also on parole on two occasions and that he has not abused or misused the liberty granted to him. He states that the applicant's brother is getting married on 20th December, 2016 at 9.00 a.m. and prays that the applicant be enlarged on temporary bail from 19th to 21st December, 2016. He states that the applicant is ready to bear the escort charges.

Learned APP submits that the applicant be enlarged on temporary bail only on the condition that he pays for the escort charges during the said period.

The applicant has not abused or misused the liberty granted to him, when he was on bail, pending the trial and was also on parole on two occasions. The applicant's brother is getting married on 20th December, 2016 at 9.00 a.m. In the facts of this case, considering the aforesaid, the applicant is granted interim bail from 19th December, 2016
3/4 from 10.00 a.m. to 21st December, 2016 to 3.00 p.m., on the following terms and conditions:
ORDER
(i) The applicant be enlarged on bail, on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount, from 19th December, 2016 from 10.00 a.m. to 21st December, 2016 to 3.00 p.m.;
(ii) The Superintendent, Yerawada Central Prison, Pune shall arrange for one escort, on the applicant depositing the necessary charges for the escort, from 19th to 21st December, 2016; (iii) The applicant is permitted to leave the jail on 19th December, 2016 at 10.00 a.m., alongwith the escort, after completing the necessary formalities;
(iv) The applicant shall deposit the necessary escort charges with the jail authorities before he is released;
4/4 (v) The applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent, Yerawada Central Prison, Pune on 21st December, 2016 at around 3.00 p.m;
(vi) The applicant is at liberty to file a fresh application seeking Regular Bail, if for any reason his Appeal does not reach, within a reasonable time.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.
