Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. By this civil application, the applicant seeks to bring on record the legal heirs and representative of the deceased petitioner namely Babai Bhimrao Thombare- wife of the deceased. There is a delay in filing this civil application, the applicant has also prayed for condonation of delay. 2.

Having perused the contents of the civil application as also the reasons as set out in seeking condonation of delay which are satisfactorily explained, it is in the interest of justice that this civil application is allowed. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No costs.
