By this application, the Applicant herein is challenging the order of issuance of process for the offence punishable under section 8 r/w. section 21 of the Maharashtra (Urban Areas) Preservation of Trees Act, 1975. The order is revisable. Hence, leave is granted to withdraw the application with liberty to move the Sessions Court with appropriate application.
