1] Learned counsel for the parties hand in consent terms, which are taken on record and marked as 'X' for the purposes of identification.

2] The consent terms have been signed by the authorized signatories for the parties. Further, the consent terms have also been signed by their respective Advocates.

3] Authorized signatory Mr. Ramesh K. Chinawar and Mr. Ramesh Anna S., authorised representative of the respondents are present in the court, and they say that they have signed these consent terms after being explained the scope and import thereof. Accordingly, first appeal is disposed of in accordance with the consent terms. In view of disposal of first appeal, civil application for stay does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. 4] The parties shall be entitled to refund of court fees in accordance with the Rules.
