DATE: 31st JANUARY, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court, being aggrieved by the action of Respondent No.1 in not implementing the Resolution of the General Body, resolving revocation of suspension of the Petitioner. 2] Yesterday, when the matter was listed, Mr. Marne, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 had produced before us the order passed by Respondent No.1 vide which the Petitioner was directed to be reinstated as Deputy Assessor and Collector. However, faced with the situation that the suspension of the Petitioner was from the post of Tax Assessor and Collector, he had 1/2

He has now placed on record a corrected copy of the order vide which the Petitioner has been reinstated as Tax Assessor and Collector. 3] In that view of the matter, grievance raised in the Petition no more survives.
