After this matter was argued for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioners on instruction from the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order by resort to provision under Section 105 of Code of Civil Procedure, after the disposal of the suit, if so advised. 2.

The request is reasonable. Accordingly, leave is granted with liberty as prayed for. This Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
