The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.27 and 28 states that the concerned Officer Bearers of the said respondents are present in the Court and after taking inspection of the record they will file an affidavit in reply to the Contempt Notice. Registry to give inspection to the Advocates representing the respondent Nos.27 and 28 and the representatives of the said respondents of the entire record.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.30 tenders an affidavit of Shri Gautam Sonawane, the President of Mumbai Region of Republican Party of India (Athawale Group) who is personally present in the Court. We grant liberty to the Advocate and the representative of the respondent No.30 to inspect the record and to file an affidavit. We have perused the affidavit of Shri

Shivaji Garje, General Secretary of National Congress Party. The affidavit claims that in November 2018, certain Officer Bearers of the party were suspended for committing breaches. The Advocate for the petitioner to address the Court on the said affidavit and especially on the question of whether the said affidavit takes care of all breaches. Affidavits/additional affidavits shall be filed as aforesaid by 15th February 2019 and copies thereof shall be furnished to the Advocates for the petitioners. The affidavits shall be properly paginated.

Place the petition under the caption of `Directions' on 18th February 2019 at 3.00 p.m when the affidavits will be considered. The affidavits, if any, filed by the Municipal Corporations/Councils and report, if any, submitted by the State Government regarding compliance made by the Municipal Councils shall be considered on the next date.
