After hearing both sides and particularly Mr. Bhangoji, appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. Samant, learned AGP for respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4, we are of the view that this writ petition can be conveniently disposed of with a direction to the added respondent (respondent No.4) to consider the application made by the petitioner for issuance of a Caste/Tribe Certificate and take a decision thereon strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and within four (4) weeks from today.

The writ petition is disposed of by clarifying that we have not expressed any opinion on the request made by the

The ad-interim order passed by this Court on 8-11-2019 to continue till the disposal of the application before the Sub-Divisional Officer, Amalner.
