Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application for bail through jail. The application was filed on 12/09/2022. By an order dated 13/09/2022, the bail application filed by the applicant was rejected on merits by this Court. I am informed that the trial has commenced. 1 witness has been examined. 22 more witnesses are to be examined. The applicant is in custody since 11/05/2015 i.e. for 7 and 1/2 years. By order dated 13/09/2021, this Court has already directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 9 1/2

Urmila Ingale 8.ba.3050-22.doc months from the date of the order. Learned trial Court is requested to complete the trial expeditiously as time period earlier granted has also expired. Liberty to the applicant to file a fresh application for bail in case the trial does not progress. This order to be communicated to the applicant. 2.

The bail application is disposed of.
