None appears for the petitioner. This petition is pending since 2016. On 23rd January 2017 none appeared for the petitioner and hence the petition was kept on 30th January 2017 for dismissal. The petition was dismissed for default on 30th January 2017. The application for restoration was allowed on 4th December 2017. Then the petition was listed on 2nd April 2018 and it was adjourned to 3rd May 2018. The matter was adjourned as the petitioner's advocate did not carry out the amendment. Time was granted to carry out amendment up to 30th August 2018.
