After this petition was heard for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before Family Court at Nashik, seeking modification of the impugned order dated 27 September 2017, more particularly in view of the order dated 27 September 2017 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Gramnyayalaya, Trimbakeshwar. 2.

Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 3.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the matter are expressly kept open.
