Today, Mr. Morbe would submit that he has no objection for allowing the Interim Application in terms of prayer clause ' a' which reads thus:-

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. Copy of the amended cause title to be given to the Respondents. 6.

Interim Application is disposed.
