This is an application through jail seeking bail in Crime No.145 of 2016 i.e. Sessions Case No. 117 of 2016 pending before the JMFC at Uran.

The learned counsel for the Applicant as well as the learned APP submits that the trial is in progress and the Learned Magistrate has recorded the substantive evidence of six witnesses as on today. The Applicant is in custody for more than two years and hence, the Learned Magistrate is requested to expedite the recording of evidence and conclude the same as far as possible by 22nd March, 2019.
