By this application, the applicant has sought restoration of First Appeal No.488/2008 which was dismissed by order dated 12/02/2008 for not furnishing private paper book within the prescribed period. 2.

Mr. Omkar Paranjape, learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to furnish private paper book within a period of eight weeks from today. The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 who is the main contesting party has no objection for condoning the delay and for restoring the appeal.
