It is the grievance of the Petitioner that, his Application for furlough /parole leave has not been considered by the Competent Authority. 2.

Learned APP on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, the Petitioner has been released on furlough leave for a period of 28 days from 10th November, 2022. 3.

In view thereof, the grievance of the Petitioner as of today does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed off.
