Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record an order dated 9th October 2023 passed by the Additional Collector, Pune stating that such order would redress on grievances of the petitioner, hence further adjudication of the petition is not called for. 2.

He submits that the remark addressed to the "Tahsildar Shirur" as made at the bottom of page no.3 of the said letter needs to be given effect to. We direct the Tahsildar to take necessary action in that regard and complete the same within a period of six weeks from today. 3.
