Present Petition was received through jail by the Registry in the month of September 2018. Petitioner has prayed for his release on parole leave on the ground that his wife was suffering from D.U.B.. 2.

Record indicates that, the State Government has rejected his bail by its Order dated 12th June 2018.

It appears to us that, due to passage of time the present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off. 3.

We however grant liberty to the Petitioner to file a fresh application for parole/furlough as may be permissible under the law, if his said grievance still subsists.
