The applicant has sought bail on the ground of long incarceration. Though the applicant has a valid ground for consideration of release on bail on the ground of long incarceration, I am informed that evidence is already over and even section 313 statement is recorded. I am informed that arguments are on-going.

In this view of the matter, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the applicant bail. The trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and to complete the trial preferably within a period of 6 weeks from today. 1/2
