This Petition is pending since 2017. The order dated 2nd August 2023 records that, prior to that date it was listed on 26th September 2019. On 26th September 2019, the matter was directed to be listed on 10th October 2019. Thereafter, the matter was not listed. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner did not take any steps to get the matter listed before this Court. Vide order dated 2nd August 2023, this Court had directed that the matter be listed on today's board under the caption "for dismissal". 2.

Even today, no one appears for the Petitioner. Hence, the Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (SARANG V. KOTWAL, J.) Ashwini V
