After this matter was heard at length and the Court was not inclined to grant the relief, learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. Hence, this Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn. It is, however, submitted that the applicant be granted time to surrender before the investigating officer on or before 1st November, 2018 .
