From the reply filed by the Jail Superintendent, it is clear that the Prison Authority is ready to consider the case of the petitioner for being sent to the open prison afresh in the light of changed scenario. This reply of the Jail Authority serves the purpose of this petition. We therefore direct the respondents to consider afresh the case of the petitioner for being sent to the open prison in accordance with law. Needless to state that it is only when the turn of the petitioner arises, his case would be considered afresh for being sent to the open prison in accordance with law and the decision shall be taken accordingly within a period of six months from the date on which the turn of the petitioner Aarti Palkar 1/2 14.WP.4228.2022.doc by AARTI G PALKAR Date:
