P.C.:- After hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application before the Trial Court, if the Trial arising out of C.R. No. 202 of 2016 registered with Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station, District Thane, now culminated in Sessions Case No. 75 of 2017 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Thane does not conclude within a period of one year from today.

Application is dismissed, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

The Applicant is in jail since 12th September 2016. It is therefore, requested to the learned Additional Sessions Judge Thane seized of the Sessions Case No. 75 of 2017 to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavour to dispose of it, within a period of one year from today.
