None appears for the Petitioner. The only prayer made in this Petition is for issuing a direction to the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Panvel, to decide the pending suit of the year 1999 within a period of two months.

Remedy of the Petitioner is to make an Application before the learned Trial Judge with a prayer to give a priority to the disposal of the suit. It is for the learned Trial Judge to decide whether priority deserves to be given to the suit considering
