Petition is filed seeking direction to Respondent No.2Collector to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 6th September 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-J page No. 70 to the petition. Learned AGP states that appropriate directions may be issued in this regard.

In the light of above, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.2-Collector to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 6th September 2016 [Exhibit-J page No. 70 to this petition] as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Respondent No.2 shall decide the said proposal of the Petitioner independently, on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In order to enable Respondent No. 2 - Collector to comply with this order, the Petitioner shall remain present before him on 25th April 2018 at 11.00 a.m. alongwith a copy of this order and copy of the said representation.
